A quote that caught my attention in this article was, "Many
who
today
hear
me
somewhere
in
person,
or
on
television,
or
those
who
read
something
I’ve
 said,
will
think
I
went
to
school
far
beyond
the
eighth
grade.
This
impression
is
due
entirely
to
my
 prison
studies." The fact that Malcom gave himself an education in prison kind of set a bar that he was not just there to waste time. He clearly becomes a great activist and leader for the colored and minority party and all this with the education of being in prison.

"I
never
will
forget
how
shocked
I
was
when
I
began
reading
about
slavery’s
total
horror.
It
made
 such
an
impact
upon
me
that
it
later
became
one
of
my
favorite
subjects
when
I
became
a
minister." This  is an important quote because  it basically leads him to becoming a minister.

Question:
How has Malcom X influence others if he did not receive his prison education?
