A good tip about how to go abut academic writing in the article is, "As you can see, analysis involves more than simply disassembling or dissecting something. It is a process of continually asking questions and looking for answers"(3). It is basically stating that as you go through and keep reading you are searching for more than just the correct answer but rather you are searching for a way you can conduct meaning towards it. 

"Every piece of academic writing begins with a question  about the way the world works, and the best questions lead to rich, complex insights that others can learn from and build on"(3).  This quote is just a little insight of how you should compare writing and see how you sn express your ways of thinking through literature.
