I think the article I liked the most was by Gloria Anzaldua, I feel like I related to this one more because of how she was Mexican and also wanted to express that with her language. The author used a lot of Spanglish words and it was a good way to relate to the Mexican American readers because they usually grow up with English and Spanish in their households, just like me so I think it was very interesting and it made the article more interesting and engaging to read since it was different than plain English. For reading strategies I jotted down ideas and summarized the meanings after every paragraph. These texts were not that difficult to read and I did enjoy these articles.
